Please use this form to submit defect reports, enhancements or system suggestions directly to macrotesting. Although we cannot respond to every defect report, enhancement or suggestion we will track issues and refer them to the appropriate member of our engineering, QA and technical support staff.
Once, QA investigates the matter we will let you know by email (members only) the status and resolution of the defect. Please be as complete as possible when describing the problem. The details of your system configuration e.g. OS, browser and version, etc… and steps taken are important to us for reproducing and solving the defect.
